Berlin – A driver hit a pedestrian in Berlin-Spandau on Wednesday afternoon. As the Berlin police report, according to the current state of knowledge, a 42-year-old drove along Brunsbütteler Damm in the direction of Klosterstrasse at around 5.10 p.m. At the intersection with Ruhlebener Straße, he turned right into Klosterstraße, where he caught a 75-year-old pedestrian, they say.
The woman was just crossing the pedestrian crossing. She fell to the ground and was admitted to hospital for inpatient treatment and treatment with a suspected femoral neck fracture. The Berlin police are investigating.
