A heavily intoxicated driver has been pulled out of traffic on Autobahn 63 near Wörrstadt in the Alzey-Worms district in Rhineland-Palatinate. The driver was driving on the A63 on Sunday evening at just about 40 kilometers per hour. This was announced by the police during the night.
It was only on an exit that he braked his vehicle and came to a standstill. Highway patrol officers checked the 45-year-old man and recognized his condition. A subsequent alcohol test revealed a value of 3.35 per mille. The man is probably rid of his driver’s license. He also faces criminal prosecution.
