CAPELLE ON DEN IJSSEL – A 34-year-old driver of a car was killed on Saturday as a result of a collision with another car in his hometown of Capelle aan den IJssel (South Holland). The driver of that vehicle, an 18-year-old man from Vlaardingen, was injured and has been arrested.
