A driver in his 30s lost his driving license on Thursday evening after being measured at 161 kilometers in an 80 zone at Skjevenskog outside Gjøvik in the interior.
The speeding driver was stopped after a check on county road 33 at Skjevenskog outside Gjøvik, the police in Innlandet informs X/Twitter.
During the check at 9 p.m., a driver in his 30s was measured at more than twice the permitted speed. In the 80 zone, the police measured the person’s speed at 161 kilometers per hour in the 80 zone.
The driver has been reported and has had his driver’s license confiscated. In addition, three drivers received a simplified notice.
