Driver hit car takes nitrous oxide on roof Inland

THE HAGUE – A driver in The Hague took a special action after he ended up with his car in the water at the Calandkade. After getting out of the vehicle on his own, he did not swim to the side, but sat on the roof of his car to inhale nitrous oxide from a balloon. Videos of his action can be seen on Twitter.
