Speculation about Drew McIntyre’s possible departure from WWE has resumed with a gesture from him on his Twitter account.
McIntyre, who is said to be in tough negotiations with WWE over his potential next contract, deleted WWE references from his Twitter account, along with his cover photo.
He was also absent yesterday from Smackdown, just like last week. Health reasons were mentioned, but without a precise explanation.
However, it is possible that McIntyre is “trolling” the fans or that it is linked to a character change. Bayley has done the same thing recently, to finally make her return to RAW last Monday.
