Dressed as cowboys they fire blanks from the car at night in Forlì

(ANSA) – FORLI, APRIL 29 – Scenes from the Wild West, in an almost literal sense, in Forlì last night. 112 received a call from a policeman off duty reporting that a hand had appeared from a car, outside the passenger side window, holding a gun with which a person was shooting at eye level towards houses and shops . As many as three police patrols rushed to the scene, with bulletproof vests on and machine guns drawn. The occupants of the car did not even have time to get out of the vehicle, once they were blocked they were ordered to get out of the car with their hands raised. The soldiers thus found themselves faced with two men aged 67 and 56, both originally from the area: dressed as cowboys, while they were returning from a theme party that had taken place in the area, they fired blank shots at the homes. Once it was ascertained by the military that they had used a dog swatter and not a real firearm, they were taken to the offices of the provincial command in Corso Mazzini where they were reported for the crimes of dangerous explosions, causing alarm and disturbing people’s rest.
