We are at a breaking point in epochs. Can democracy function without democratic media?

Election results in the USA have consequences for the world order. A side effect of the Trump I government was the Kurz I cabinet with Vice Chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache and Interior Minister Herbert Kickl. Political communication has not been the same since Trump won the election. Trump had to spend less money than his opponent Hillary Clinton. This time too, Kamala Harris had far more advertising money than Trump. The established media, which he had already declared to be his enemy, gave him more space than they did.
In doing so, they made an oath of disclosure. They placed themselves at his service while he mocked how they functioned. This mockery was initially based almost entirely on his mastery of the medium of private television; but then also to the “social medium” Twitter, which he mastered not because of the originality or rather bizarreness of his messages, but first of all because of the fact that as president he published nonsense and lies in capital letters around the clock and uncontrolled.
