Dresden. Shining chrome in front of a former industrial backdrop: A meeting for classic car fans will take place at the Dresden Panometer on Sunday. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a Porsche, Cadillac or Mercedes: “Anyone can come,” says Mandy Streit, head of the event team.

It starts at 10 a.m. Meeting point is the old closed gasometer next to the panometer. The classic car fans have time for casual networking until 2 p.m. The motto is “Cars ‘n’ Coffee”. Visitors who do not own classic cars are also invited. The event is free.

Those who come with their vintage car will receive a 50 percent discount on admission to the Panometer on that day, where paintings by the artist Yadegar Asisi are exhibited. (peng)
