As the city administration announced this morning, the 7-day incidence for Dresden is now below 1,000 for the third day in a row. According to the Saxon Corona Emergency Ordinance, the nightly curfew for people without a vaccination or convalescent status will expire again from tomorrow, Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
You can leave your accommodation from tomorrow without a valid reason. The curfew between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. for the unprotected had existed since December 1, 2021. The other restrictions of the Corona Emergency Ordinance remain in place. Today at around 1 p.m. the Saxon state parliament will deal with the topic, at the request of the state government it should determine the epidemic situation for the Free State of Saxony (more information on sachsen.de). With this, the state government wants to achieve legal certainty for the continuation of existing protective measures and possible tightening. The current emergency ordinance ends on December 12th.
