Austrian Klemens Hallmann, CEO and Producer of Hallmann Entertainment Company, has announced his latest film production. The strip, which is due to hit international cinemas in autumn 2023, is narrated throughout by Oscar winner Kate Winslet.
DreamScapes is a United Earth Project shot by more than 250 of the most talented video creators in more than 100 countries around the world. The epic visual journey is accompanied by a monumental film soundtrack that allows viewers to experience all the images even more intensively.
Academy Award winner Kate Winslet (The Reader, 2009) says: “I was delighted to be asked to record the voice of ‘Mother Earth’. There is something very special about being a part of something that is not just limited to the decline of the world, but instead brings to the fore the beauty and diversity of our wonderful planet and gives us a moment to stop and reflect on how important it is is to preserve this uniqueness. With these wonderful pictures and the impressive music, the film becomes a magical, intense experience.”
The project was a huge undertaking. Producer Klemens Hallmann: “Bringing together all these talented people from so many countries was a real challenge and resulted in a multi-year editing and music composition process. What I’m particularly proud of: With Kate Winslet in her role as Mother Earth, we have been able to win a world star for our unique project who appreciates the uniqueness of our nature just as much as we, who put a lot of heart and soul into making this film.”
The film is a compelling story about our planet through the seasons. Breathtaking, high-resolution aerial footage and some of the most exciting time-lapse and slow-motion footage on the planet will take viewers’ perceptions to the next level. The high-speed photography used allows processes to be experienced in a completely new way. The production is a timeless experience of sound and music for all generations.
Accompanied by monumental film music, composed by Edwin Wendler, the film is a fascinating work that lets the viewer look at “Mother Earth” with childlike amazement. The Vienna Boys’ Choir and the Vienna Choir Girls also contribute to the multi-layered soundtrack.
DreamScapes brings author and director Christian Machacek and producer Klemens Hallmann together again after they have already worked for several outstanding international productions such as “Breathtaking” or “Beer-tastic!” traveled together on all continents to tell extraordinary stories. Patrick Knapp-Schwarzenegger is the Executive Producer on this film.
The film is currently in the final stages of post-production and is scheduled to hit theaters in Fall 2023. It will be offered to distributors by Hallmann Entertainment Company at the upcoming international Marché du film, which runs during the film festival.
