A Nightmare Comedy by Jean Poiret is a funny and genuinely human play that tells the story of five adults whose lives become entangled in a maze of lies and twists.
An unfulfilled infidelity will place the main character between three women – the wife, the mistress and the mother of the mistress. They turn his life into a nightmare from which he dreams of waking up, but his wife has another plan…
The first lie starts a chain reaction of deceptions and comical situations in which the mistress and the wife will entangle the unfaithful husband.
Jean Poiret creates a rich plot full of passion, laughter and weaknesses. “Nightmare comedy” takes the viewer on a spectacular and entertaining journey through the unpredictability of love, loyalty and family bonds.
