The tension increases in ‘Home’. After viewers had already found out on Wednesday evening that Ann and Xander are related to each other – and therefore also to Tom – Xander also found out. As a result, his stoppers are now completely over. He focuses his arrows on what Tom likes to see the most.

That Xander has a short fuse is an understatement. Thanks to Karin’s firing, he already literally hit Tom hard, resulting in bumps and dents. Now that the DNA test proves that he, Ann and consequently Tom are related to each other, he is further strengthened in his belief that Tom is his father, and thus the rapist of his mother Tania. His stops are completely over. This time he leaves the violence for what it is, but he does take little Robin, Tom’s son, along with an excuse.
“Are we going to Karin now?” Robin wants to know. But that’s not Xander’s plan at all. At the end of the episode he also throws his cell phone away. It is clear: Xander does not want to be found and kidnaps Tom’s son. He doesn’t want Tom to get away with his actions under any circumstances. With his kidnapping, he does what he has long threatened to do: take revenge on their father Tom. What are the consequences? And when will the De Decker and Bomans families realize that something is seriously wrong?
