On November 19, French Montana unveils its new album They Got Amnesia. And as usual, the rapper has invited a lot of artists, including Rick Ross, Kodak Black, Lil Durk, Doja Cat and Fivio Foreign. An extended guest list that has 15 in all, instead of 16. Indeed, Drake had to be present on the song “Splash Brothers”. But TMZ has revealed that the track ultimately won’t be released.
Thus, sources close to the rapper informed the media that Drake did not want the song to be released on the originally scheduled date. Still in shock after the events of Astroworld, Drizzy thinks it wouldn’t be appropriate to release new music already right now. Prosecuted because of this dramatic night, the rapper does not yet seem ready to return to the front of the stage.
