After the opening of the successful “Les Trois Garçons” brasserie, the three Musketeers of Upper Var gastronomy Clément Bruno from “Bruno de Lorgues”, Dominique Saugnac and Hugo Carmona set up a counter in an adjacent room. As in cafes or gourmet pubs, their tapas bar is a place of conviviality, escapism and sharing of delicious dishes such as tempura mussels, original pintxos or tasty cold cuts from the Basque Country and the Landes.

It is also a cellar and delicatessen for takeaway sales. To affirm the playful side of the place, the three friends created a glazed space at the back of the room, the height of which is pierced by a circumference. The game is for the customer who ordered a bottle of wine to throw away the cork as soon as it enters so that it enters the large hole in the glass.
