It is already known that the tenant of “Ulmanis Parks II” will be Latvian technology companies “Lightspace Technologies”, which has developed augmented reality glasses that are able to display the image in true 3D coordinates, ensuring its depth. In the Ulman Park II area, Lightspace Technologies will deploy all the processes that ensure the product development cycle.
Another company that will lease premises to Ulmanis Park II is Ramirent. It wants to expand its network of rental points and has chosen to open a new rental point near Riga Airport. In addition, significant construction projects will or are being implemented in the area, admits Raimonds Hanks, Ramirent’s lease director.
