Reported earlier, Chairperson of the Indonesian Police Watch (IPW) Presidium Neta S. Pane said that the fugitive letter issued by Djoko Tjandra was issued by the Criminal Investigation Police through the PPNS Coordination and Supervision Bureau.
“IPW strongly condemns the actions of the Criminal Investigation Police who have issued a travel letter to Djoko Chandra, so that the big-fugitive fugitive is free to travel from Jakarta to West Kalimantan and then disappear again,” Neta said through a written statement, Wednesday (07/15/2020).

Prasetijo is suspected of violating the National Police Chief Regulation Number 14 of 2011 concerning Polri Professional Ethics Code and PP Number 2 of 2003 concerning Discipline of Polri Members.
