Jakarta – The police revealed mugging motorists who rode a child and a woman to TSM’s grandmother (63) in Tamansari, West Jakarta. The perpetrator has now been arrested by the police.
“He has been arrested,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tamansari Police, AKP Lalu Ali, when contacted detikcom, Tuesday (23/3/2021).
Then said the mugging perpetrators were secured at Glodok Market, West Jakarta, on Monday (22/3) morning.
“At Glodok Market (arrested) Monday morning,” said Lalu.
The perpetrator was arrested when he was about to mugging again at Glodok Market.
“When he wanted to act again (he was arrested), he was the target of old people who were going to or returning from the market,” he explained.
Previously it was reported that the mugging took place at Jalan Harum Manis, Mangga Besar, Tamansari, West Jakarta, Saturday (13/3) afternoon. The perpetrator took the victim’s bag to the victim fell and dragged.
“At the beginning of the incident, the reporter came out of his house to shop with a bag. Arriving at the TKP, a motorbike was driven by a man (the perpetrator) who rode an adult woman and a boy who grabbed a bag belonging to the reporter who was walking,” he said. Then, Monday (22/3).
Mugging action it’s viral on social media. In the CCTV footage that was circulating, the perpetrator motorized and rode a small child and a woman.
In the CCTV footage it was revealed that the perpetrator turned around when he passed the victim. The perpetrator then approached the victim who was walking in the opposite direction and then grabbed his bag.
The victim fell as a result of the incident and was slightly dragged away. As a result of the incident the victim was injured.
