Libreville, February 8, 2024 (AGP) – The Minister of Institutional Reform, Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa will be heard this Friday, February 9, 2024 at the Senate Palace in Libreville on the bill revising the Transition Charter by members from the offices of the National Assembly and the Senate, reports a press release from the Upper House of Parliament of which the AGP received a copy.
« The President of the Senate of the Transition informs Ladies and Gentlemen Senators that the members of the offices of the Parliament of the Transition assembled will proceed to the hearing of Madam the Minister of Institutional Reform on the bill revising the the Transition Charter, Friday February 9, 2024 at 10 a.m. in the plenary room of the Omar Bongo Ondimba palace“, indicates the press release.
The draft text which will be the subject of a hearing was adopted on Wednesday February 7, 2024 following the Council of Ministers. It concerns the revision of article 35 of the Transition Charter.
