“Dr. Thaweesilp” posted a sad post saying he was shocked and dismayed after hearing the news of “Nattaphanu Noppakhun”, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Information. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the former Deputy Spokesperson of the CCSA for the English Language Department has passed away.
