Osnabrück – With Dr. Rolf Kreimer, the KMP Legal law firm in Osnabrück is strengthening its services: With the addition of a lawyer and notary as well as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, the law firm, which is part of the auditing and tax consulting company HLB Klein Mönstermann, now also has its own notary office.
Kreimer is strengthening the team together with Christiane Glindmeyer, a legal and notary assistant who has also worked for him.
Kreimer studied law at the universities of Münster and Geneva/Switzerland. After completing his doctorate at the Institute for International Business Law at the University of Münster and completing his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, the second state examination followed in 2000. He also completed a master’s degree in tax science and business taxation at the University of Osnabrück with an LL.M. Taxation. Kreimer was admitted to the bar in 2000, as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law in 2010 and as a notary in 2012. In addition, the 52-year-old is now a lecturer at the University of Osnabrück in the area of commercial and corporate law. Kreimer is married and lives in Osnabrück.
