– Chairman of the East Java Nahdlatul Ulama (PWNU) Regional Management Dr KH Marzuki Mustamar was dismissed by the Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) General Management. This information circulated in WA groups for kiai and NU cadres.
The information received by BANGSAONLINE.com is that the process of dismissing Kiai Marzuki Mustamar has actually been circulating since two weeks ago. Several East Java PWNU administrators who did not want to be named said that the dismissal of Kiai Marzuki Mustamar had been in process several days ago.
KH Abdussalam Shohib (Gus Salam) when confirmed by BANGSAONLINE confirmed that Kiai Marzuki Mustamar had indeed been dismissed by PBNU. It’s just that the grandson of KH Bisri Syansuri, one of the clerics who founded NU, admitted that he didn’t know the reason for his dismissal.
