Almost a day after shocking news hit the streaming community, Dr. DisRespect opened up to the question. He made a Twitter post about the problem, and it seems that even the Doc doesn’t know what happened.
« Twitch did not inform me of the precise reason for its decision… Firm handshakes to all for support during this difficult period ”, Wrote Dr. DisRespect in a Twitter article.

It is strange to see Twitch failing to inform the Doc of the reason. Again, he mentions “a specific reason”. He also thanked his supporters on the tweet.

Dr. DisRespect does not know the reason for the ban
Dr DisRespect is an extremely popular streamer on the platform and the ban was a shock to the gaming community. The reason for his ban was largely unknown. Esports insider Rod Breslau first reported the news through his sources.
There were many rumors speculating on the reason for Doc’s ban. Many believed that the recent DMCA strikes could be the reason. However, Breslau dispelled the rumors with a subsequent tweet.

Twitch’s statement, as reported by Verge reporter Shannon Liao, was quite limited.
Twitch statement on @drdisrespect Prohibition: “Like our process, we take appropriate action when we have evidence that a streamer has acted in violation of our community guidelines or our terms of use. These apply to all streamers, regardless of their status or importance in the community. “

Shannon Liao had confirmed Twitch’s statement after the ban. Doc violated certain directives from the community, but we still do not know what they were. Dr. DisRespect’s wife posted a story to her Instagram account last day thanking everyone for their support.
Shortly after the news, Dr. DisRespect’s subscribers were reimbursed. The news has toured confirming that this ban could be permanent. The Doc had over 4 million subscribers to its name.
The Twitch streamer was banned in 2019 following an E3 incident. He had come out of the men’s bathroom live, which resulted in a temporary ban. This time, however, the situation seems much more serious.
Doc is well known in the community for his comic gadgets through which he entertains his viewers. He is also a great player in many known shooters. We can only hope to have a clearer idea of what led to this brutal debacle.
