Varazze. “L’attività motoria è consentita all’aperto previo rispetto del distanziamento e delle precauzioni previste dai protocolli”. Il nuovo Dpcm voluto dal Governo Conte, all’art. 1, comma 9, lettera F, non lascia dubbi alle interpretazioni: le attività sportive al chiuso sono vietate, mentre sono consentite quelle effettuate all’aperto.
Uno spiraglio, quest’ultimo, che molti titolari di palestre nel savonese non si sono lasciati sfuggire. Infatti, per rispettare alla lettera il nuovo decreto governativo, il proprietario di una palestra di Varazze ha deciso di traslocare alcune attrezzature all’esterno del suo locale.
Inoltre, per scongiurare il diffondersi di “mugugni” a questa sua iniziativa, il responsabile è intervenuto con un post sui social per placare gli animi dei malpensanti: “Vorrei rassicurare tutti i condomini dei palazzi adiacenti che non sto infrangendo la legge – si legge -. Sono un libero professionista con un figlio di sei anni, un affitto da pagare e non ho aperto una Asd per principio morale”.
Un escamotage legale, quindi, che rispetta la normativa e consente al titolare dell’attività di proseguire (quasi normalmente) il proprio lavoro: “Gradirei continuare – ha concluso con una frecciatina il suo post l’imprenditore -, ove possibile, la mia attività lavorativa senza che nessuno mi fotografi o faccia video, anche se non so a quale scopo, violando la mia privacy e quella dei miei clienti”.

Varazze. “Motor activity is allowed outdoors subject to compliance with the distance and the precautions provided by the protocols”. The new Dpcm wanted by the Conte government, in art. 1, paragraph 9, letter F, leaves no doubts for interpretations: indoor sports activities are prohibited, while those carried out outdoors are allowed.
A glimmer, the latter, that many owners of gyms in the Savona area have not missed. In fact, to respect the new government decree to the letter, the owner of a gym in Varazze has decided to move some equipment outside his premises.
Furthermore, to avoid the spread of “grumbling” about this initiative, the manager intervened with a post on social media to appease the spirits of the ill-thinkers: “I would like to reassure all the condominiums of the adjacent buildings that I am not breaking the law – it reads – . I am a freelancer with a six-year-old son, a rent to pay and I have not opened an ASD on moral principle “.
A legal trick, therefore, that respects the legislation and allows the owner of the business to continue (almost normally) their work: “I would like to continue – the entrepreneur concluded with a dig in his post -, where possible, my business working without anyone photographing me or making videos, even if I don’t know for what purpose, violating my privacy and that of my clients “.
