jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Lawyer Hotman Paris responded to an open subpoena submitted by the West Jakarta Peradi Branch Executive Board (DPC).
The subpoena is related to Hotman Paris’ statement that the advocate organization led by Otto Hasibuan is illegitimate.
“I’m just reading the facts at the trial,” said Hotman Pariswhen holding a press conference in Jakarta, Tuesday (26/4).
He admitted that he only quoted the results of the Lubuk Pakam District Court, North Sumatra which canceled the contents of the amendments to the articles of association Poultry the question of the term of office of the general chairman.
