Dozens of people who have gone on a protest march have been detained in Minsk

Dozens of people who went on Sunday’s protest march were detained in Minsk on Sunday Belarus in the center of the capital.

Militia has so far confirmed the detention of ten people, but information from observers indicates that at least 50 people have been detained.

People from different parts of the city in columns go to Independence Square in the city center. The procession is expected to leave from this square.

One of the columns leading to Independence Square in the city center has about two thousand people.

At the intersection of Masherov and Independence Avenue, militiamen blocked a large group of protesters and tried to divide and disperse it. An unspecified number of people were detained.
