Dozens of Bogor Residents Infected with DHF, 2 Died : Okezone Megapolitan

BOGOR – Dozens of residents of Banar Village, Nanggung Village, Nanggung District, Bogor Regency, West Java, were infected with dengue hemorrhagic fever (DBD). In fact, 2 residents died from the disease transmitted by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito.

In the past week, local residents began to contract dengue. A total of 16 residents were sick with dengue fever and were hospitalized.

In fact, 2 residents died from dengue. The mother of one of the victims, Endah said, Thursday (11/18/2021), her son had been hospitalized for 3 days before his death.

The head of Nanggung village, Muhamad Sodik, confirmed that there were dozens of residents suffering from dengue fever and two people died from the disease.

The village government hopes that the Bogor District Health Office will immediately review the location. This is so that the spread of dengue can be handled immediately so that it does not spread widely to the community.
