“I’m having a bit of a weird day,” Linda begins to tell on her Instagram Stories. “I’m going back to the hospital in a minute, after not actually being there for a very long time. I was kind of ‘free’ from cancer for four weeks. And that felt very good.”

Unfortunately Linda has less positive news to report after that, which feels like a ‘downer’ for her. “Because I’m going back to chemotherapy,” she says. “For six months. So that’s a pretty intense prospect for when you feel good again. I’m not looking forward to it. I’ll just be honest. But on the other hand: it has to happen. We I’m just going to do it and I’ll see how I’m going to feel.”
In a further explanation, Linda explains that the cancer has not returned. “I’m getting this chemo because there’s always a chance that there’s a malignant cell left in my body somewhere,” she explains. Linda also gets a slightly lighter chemo. ‘They also call it ‘chemo light’, it is not done with an IV, but with pills that you can take yourself at home.’
