Dow Jones, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Close With Positive Gains; Boeing and Oil Sector Stocks Decline

Positive closure the main US stock indexes in the first session of the week.

The Dow Jones rose by 0.58% to 37,683 points, while the S&P500 achieved an increase of 1.41% to 4,764 points. Better performance for the Nasdaq (+2.2% to 14,843 points).

Definitely bad day for Boeing (-8.03% to 229 dollars).

Oil sector stocks also fell, after the price of crude oil in New York (contract expiring in February 2024) fell below $71 a barrel. Chevron and Exxon Mobil lost 0.6% and 1.67%, respectively.

Strongly rising NVIDIA (+6,43%) e Intel (+3,33%).
