Dove Cameron and Måneskin’s Damiano David: The Surprising New Celeb Couple of the Year

celebritiesMåneskin singer Damiano David (24) and former Disney star Dove Cameron (27) have found new love together and may well be the surprising celeb couple of the year. However, fans on X suggest that it has been clear for some time that something was blossoming between the two.

Damiano David and Dove Cameron kissed and cuddled during an intimate beach date at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia. The photos are going around like a storm on social media, resulting in tons of surprised reactions. But anyone who had paid close attention would have known for a long time that they had something, according to some very observant social media users.

Dove and Damiano have known each other for at least a year, it turns out. The ‘Boyfriend’ singer has been following her new flame on Instagram since July 2021. Damiano would also have started following her more than a year later – in September 2022 – after the two met at the MTV VMAs that same year. In December, Damiano said in an interview with ‘Vanity Fair’ that he and Dove had been in contact with each other via social media. In addition, the former Disney star was spotted at several Måneskin concerts last year.

The couple had their first photograph together in October this year at an afterparty of one of those concerts. Later they were also spotted at Brazilian singer Anitta’s Halloween party, after which they got into a car together.

Before she had Damiano in her sights, Dove was with ‘Descendants 2’ colleague Thomas Doherty (28). They were a couple for four years before ending their relationship in 2020. Before that, the actress also had a relationship with Ryan McCartan (30), her co-star in ‘Liv and Maddie’. The two were together for three years when they got engaged in April 2016, but split in October that same year.

Until recently, Damiano had a relationship with Italian model Giorgia Soleri (27). Their romance started in 2017 but ended in July this year. Damiano was caught kissing another woman while going out around the same time. A video of that went viral on social media and also provoked a response from the Måneskin frontman. He then said that his relationship with Giorgia had already ended before the images were taken. According to him, there was no adultery.
