The Düsseldorfer currently occupy third place in the preliminary round table with two wins and one defeat. The team of Giants trainer Konrad Beuermann lost its opening game against Paderborn and then won against Hagen and Münster. The top performers include builder Daron Khoranian and forward Jan Dübener. Like the youngsters of the BG Göttingen, the Hageners are still without a win in the JBBL preliminary group 2. Against Düsseldorf, the Metropol YoungStars and Paderborn there were clear defeats for the team of Phoenix trainer Stanley Witt.

“We used the autumn break to complete a few additional training units,” says Heinemann. “We want to build more self-confidence with a concentrated performance and accept the toughness that it takes to leave the floor as a winner in the end. We are looking forward to our second home game and are full of energy. “
