Dubai: The UAE will witness two supermoons next month. Because of this, the night sky will be brighter in August. The first celestial wonder is on Tuesday, August 1. Astronomers are in for a treat as the biggest and brightest supermoon of 2023 will be on August 30.
A supermoon occurs when the moon is closest to Earth. It will be 7 percent larger and 14 percent brighter than a normal full moon.
