Successive blows to the Russian forces seem to have been caused by the Ukrainian attacks of the last two days.
According to the information from the General Staff of the Army reproduced by Reuters, the missile operation was crowned with success, as on the one hand the submarine “Rostov on Don” which was anchored in Sevastopol was sunk and on the other hand the anti-aircraft missile system S- 400 named “Triumf”, also in the Crimean peninsula.

An overnight attack on an airbase as well
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian military reported the attack on the Morozovsk airbase, as well as on fuel storage infrastructure in three Russian regions overnight.
The attack on the airbase hit an ammunition depot where Russian forces had stored air-to-surface bombs, among other ammunition and equipment.
“The Russian air force must be destroyed wherever it is by all available means. It is also fair to bomb Russian airbases. We need this joint solution together with our allies – a security solution,” Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on Telegram.
Fire at oil tanks in Russia
At the same time, the attack on oil facilities and oil storage facilities in the regions of Belgorod, Kursk and Rostov caused a fire in at least two oil tanks.
In Russia, local officials said a fire broke out in tanks at a fuel storage facility in Rostov’s Kamensky district after a drone attack.
The governor of Belgorod also said that the drone attacks launched from Ukraine also caused a fire at an oil storage facility in that area, adding that it was extinguished without any injuries.
