Dorsten is again taking part in the nationwide celebration “3. October – Germany sings and sounds.” Sing on October 3rd at 7 p.m. on the market square in the old town to honor the peaceful revolution and the fall of the Berlin Wall in a cross-generational ceremony.

Dorsten is there again this year when it says: “3. October – Germany sings and sounds.” The songs will be heard on the market square in the old town at 7 p.m. and encourage everyone to sing along. In recent years, people have sung in over 200 places across the Republic on German Unity Day. Also in Dorsten. The event on October 3rd on the market square in front of the Old Town Hall begins at 6 p.m. The aim of the initiative is to jointly honor the peaceful revolution and the fall of the Berlin Wall with a public, cross-generational celebration.
