The Dornbirn Bulldogs took the lead again in the qualifying round of the ICE ice hockey league on Thursday.
One day after the 3: 4 defeat after a penalty shootout, the Vorarlbergers managed to take revenge against the Bratislava Capitals with a 2-1 home win after extra time.
With two points at the start of the second half of the qualifying round, in which three quarter-final tickets are awarded, Dornbirn is tied ahead of the Slovaks. Anthony Luciani (37./PP) gave Dornbirn the lead, after equalizing in the 55th minute, Matt Mackenzie decided the game after 35 seconds of extra time.
