Matamata.com – Dorce Gamalama recently revealed his will. This famous emcee has already prepared a shroud and wants to be buried as a woman at the end of her life.

Dorce Gamalama’s statement was then responded by Gus Miftah |. According to Gus Miftah, Dorce Gamalama’s wish to have a female burial is not justified in Islamic law.

“I hear there are some willYes, I think it was from him, that’s one thing I heard, that there is no need for a 40-day tahlil prayer ceremony. Then, the second one is about him asking for a female burial,” said Gus Miftah quoting from the Nitnot Official YouTube channel, which was uploaded recently.

Gus Miftah tries to examine transgender law in Islam. In the Koran, clearly divided only two genders.

“So the first, in Surat Al Hujurat, Allah created the sex there are only two, so there are only two types of men and women. Then in the fiqh there is a third type of sex named, Khunsa,” said Gus Miftah.

According to Gus Miftah, khunsa is a person who is either a girl or a boy in quotes. There is a medical explanation for this, as recently happened to TNI member and volleyball player Aprilio Manganang.

“The problem is that if he wants to be made a girl or a boy, he must undergo a medical analysis,” said Gus Miftah in his commentary.

“About the newest TNI member, Aprilio Mangganang. That was thought to be a girl, but after a medical analysis by Mr. Kasat at that time, Bang Andhika (Perkasa), it turned out to be a boy. So the girls were closed and the boys were kept,” said Gus Miftah continued.

Then, Gus Miftah compared it to Dorce Gamalama’s condition. That he changed his gender on his own free will, not because of any particular medical condition.

“Well, what I heard about this Mother Dorce, if I heard it first, yes, she was born a man, then transgender surgery became a woman. So, what if this is a condition?” added this friend of Deddy Corbuzier.

According to Gus Miffah, in fiqh Dorce remains a man. Therefore, the funeral must be in a male manner.

“That is, his burial as far as I know, that is to return to the nature where he was born. It means that if he was born in a male state, it is better, he should also be buried in a male state,” said Ponpes Ora Aji’s caretaker.

This is also related to the very clear differences in the management of corpses between men and women. In addition to the different ways of dressing the shroud, the prayers and prayers of the bodies are also different.

“About the shroud, there are far more women. Then regarding the funeral prayer, the intention and so on, this is different,” said Gus Miftah.

“Whoever is born (male or female), according to their gender, that’s how they are buried,” he continued.

Alluding to Dorce Gamalama’s will that he wanted to be buried in a woman’s condition or that he wanted his body to be washed by a woman, Gus Miftah argued that this could be seen from the provisions on wills. That a will that does not contain goodness does not have to be done.

“The will must be executed when there is good in it, there is no disobedience, let alone violating the sharia. But if the will violates the sharia, violates religious orders, then of course the will should not be done,” concluded Gus Miftah.
