The municipal police of Dijon sees, in the night of Friday 23 to Saturday 24 October, a vehicle which goes up the street Chabot-Charny, without crossing lights.
The driver is then checked. Turns out he was intoxicated (0.92 grams). Placed in police custody, the young 23-year-old from Dijon explains that he drank cognac, but that he did not think he had exceeded the legal threshold.
He will be summoned in a month before the delegate of the prosecutor for a criminal composition. In particular, he will have to complete a road safety course.
