Saturday, a 14-year-old teenager, housed in a home of the Social Assistance to Children (ASE), in Dijon, visibly very angry, violently attacked the furniture of the establishment, before outraging its educators, then the police officers who intervened. Arrested and placed in police custody, he allegedly partially admitted the charges against him. He will be summoned by a judicial police officer (COPJ) with a view to indictment before the children’s judge.
