d’Or – Various facts. Dijon: drunk, he breaks into an apartment and steals clothes

On the night of Monday to Tuesday, at 2:10 a.m., a man woke up suddenly and surprised an individual in his apartment on rue Monge, stealing his clothes. He immediately notified the police, who arrested the burglar.

The latter was completely drunk, to the point of being unable to breathe into the breathalyzer.

Placed in custody, this 33-year-old Belgian, already known to the courts, admitted the facts. He was able to enter the apartment easily, because the tenant had not locked his front door. He will be tried in a few months before the Criminal Court of Dijon
