Shortly after 11 p.m. on Monday, a police crew noticed a young man on a scooter with a pistol on his belt, rue de l’Hôpital, in Dijon.
They checked him and took him into custody for carrying an illegal weapon. The 16-year-old did not explain his reasons for holding an alarm pistol.
He has been released and will soon be summoned before the delegate of the prosecutor. The gun has been seized.
