Depicted at the bar by one of his supervisors as a “model prisoner”, always “polite, patient, introverted”, Jonathann Daval, who was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment on Saturday, poses no concern to the staff of the house of Dijon stop.
Incarcerated in solitary confinement for 34 months under the preventive detention regime, the convicted person should nevertheless change his prison life. His sentence must in principle continue in the central house (there are six in France).
In view of “his atypical profile”, his lawyer Me Spatafora, does not hide “his concern vis-à-vis other detainees, if he were to be removed from his solitary confinement regime”.
