[OSEN=유수연 기자] ‘Dopamine addict’ Seolhyun’s daily life was revealed.
MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’, which aired on the 9th, featured a Lunar New Year special, and Seolhyun appeared as a guest and revealed her daily life.
On this day, Seolhyun started the morning with her dog ‘Dengchi’. Seolhyun said, “It’s been 7 years since I’ve lived alone. (My pet dog) is a friend named Big. I think he’s about 8 or 9 years old. I’ve been staying with him since I lived in a dorm, but he’s grown a lot and has become independent. I’ve lived in this house for 4 years.” “It feels like it’s been ~5 years,” he explained.
However, after waking up, Seolhyun turned around while lying down and started watching the short form while looking at her cell phone. Seolhyun, who had been recharging dopamine for a while, struggled to get up from her seat and went out to the living room, but then lay down on the sofa again and watched the short form. Seolhyun, who got up after watching the short form for a while, looked like a ‘dopamine addict’ by staring at her cell phone while making coffee.
Seolhyun, who was watching TV and eating a delivered sandwich, said, “I’m not good at cooking. Instead, I really like eating. It’s been six months since I started eating sandwiches for breakfast. Don’t you think it’s so delicious to eat? Then, when you wake up the next day, “Don’t you think you should eat sandwiches too? You never get tired of them,” he said. He then shocked people by saying, “When I go to work, I eat kimbap. It’s been 6 to 7 years since I started eating tuna kimbap on site. It’s so delicious.”
After finishing her meal, Seolhyun headed to the outdoor rooftop garden connected to the second floor and spent some cozy time with her dog. Afterwards, Seolhyun started getting ready to go out, but while washing and putting on makeup, she placed her cell phone on her stand and continued watching YouTube. Seolhyun explained that she “has stands in the bathroom sink, in the shower, on the dressing table, and on the dining table.” After completing preparations, Seolhyun headed to the second floor. There were more than 300 tumblers, pocket balls, electric pianos, and painting easels that Seolhyun personally collected, which was impressive.
In particular, regarding the more than 300 tumblers, Seolhyun said, “Every time I go abroad, I collect tumblers as souvenirs. I have such blind faith in water that my friends call me a water evangelist. I try to drink at least 2 liters a day.” (Tumbler “I have to share it sometime,” he said. Afterwards, Seolhyun carefully selected a tumbler that matched her clothes and soon headed outside.
At this time, Seolhyun attracted attention by using the subway. Seolhyun showed off her ‘dopamine addiction’ by saying, “I like public transportation. When I’m driving, I can’t do anything else. But I think it’s good because I can see the short form when I ride public transportation.” Kian84 wondered, “Don’t you recognize a lot of people?”, but Seolhyun responded, “When you take the subway, other people are looking at their phones more than you think,” making everyone laugh. The place Seolhyun arrived at was an indoor climbing rink. He said, “It’s a hobby I’ve been into for quite a while these days. I’m so into it these days that I do it 2-3 times a week, basically 5 hours a time. I think it’s been about 8 months since I really got into it. I also climb on the pull-up bar at home. “That’s why I installed it,” he said, expressing his love for climbing.
Seolhyun, who prepared for climbing with friends along with simple stretching, showed off her triceps and triceps reminiscent of Tom Cruise and Black Widow, and showed off her high-level climbing skills, drawing admiration. Seolhyun, who enjoyed climbing for a long time, stopped in front of a bungeobbang store as soon as she left the climbing area. Seolhyun said, “When I want to eat, there are no stores, and I only find bungeoppang stores when I don’t want to eat, which makes me so angry. So I can’t do it, I have to eat a hundred bungeoppang this year. I’m serious about bungeoppang too, so whenever I see a house, I go and buy it. “I’m eating it,” he said, revealing his ‘goal to eat 100 bungeoppang’ and a cell phone notepad recording the number of bungeoppang he’s eaten so far.
Then Jeon Hyun-moo said, “Why are you doing that?” and Key was also shocked, saying, “Now it’s scary. Are you counting these one by one?” Then Seolhyun calmly replied, “Now there are 30 left. I was obsessed with strawberries in the winter and ate five boxes,” and Kim Dae-ho said, “Aren’t there proper people in ‘Nalone Mountain’?”, making everyone burst into laughter.
After returning home, Seolhyun walked her dog and enjoyed Chinese food delivered. After eating a full dinner, Seolhyun lay down on the bed and started watching short-form video again. Seolhyun said, “Climbing is my spirit, and short form is my body. When the two come together, I feel like I become me.” She said, “I watched the short form so much that it said there were no more videos to watch. There was no place to get off anymore.” It once again aroused their surprise. Code Kunst wondered, “Then how much screen time did you spend on your phone?” and Seolhyun said, “It was about 11 hours.” Kian84 was surprised and said, “You’re really seeing the end,” and Seolhyun responded, “That blanket is more than 20 years old. I’ll take it to the grave.” Jeon Hyun-moo then burst into laughter in astonishment, saying, “Why are you asking me to do that?”
Seolhyun, who was watching the short form for a while, got up again and started writing down something in her notebook. Seolhyun explained, “I started transcribing last year. It helps me organize my thoughts, and I think it’s a kind of hobby, or should I say it’s my own form of meditation.” He said that he started copying books from the beginning of last year and ended up writing as many as six books. Seolhyun laughed and said, “I try a lot of new things and the process of finding out whether it suits me or not is fun, so I try a lot of different things. I like the process of falling in love with it.”
Afterwards, Seolhyun lay down in a room with the lights off. Code Kunst was impressed, saying, “It’s the first time in a while that I’m seeing a clean life,” but Seolhyun was seen watching a short film in a room with the lights off again, and Kim Dae-ho was disgusted, saying, “Get some sleep.” Meanwhile, Code Kunst expressed admiration, saying, “Seolhyun seems to know herself well. If she doesn’t like it, she lets it go, and if she likes it, she does it seriously. Isn’t that really difficult? It’s hard to do just one thing, but she seems like a serious person because she seems to do everything.” It gave off a warm feeling.
