According to scientists, currently the Thwaites Glacier the size of England in Antarctica has dumped 50 billion tons of ice into the oceans due to global warming.

US and British researchers reveal that the glacier has dumped 50 billion tons of ice into the ocean every year. This has an impact on global sea levels today. Because if the entire glacier melted it would increase the sea level by 65 cm.
