Doogee takes turns with a big battery

Chinese cellphone maker Doogee usually has a habit of thinking outside the box, even when it comes to offering large batteries. Their S89 Pro model, for example, has a battery with a 12,000mAh capacity, but this could be greatly overshadowed if the leaked information about the Doogee V Max is correct: it is said to have a 22,000mAh battery capacity with support for 33W fast charging via USB C. The battery also means the phone will be thick, 27.3mm to be exact.

It is powered by a Dimension 1080 processor which is complemented by 12 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of UFS 3.1 storage. Other specs mentioned are a 0.58-inch IPS screen with Full HD+ resolution and support for 120Hz.

On the back is a 108MP main camera (Samsung S5KHM2SP03) with 5G which is complemented by 20MP night vision (Sony IMX350) and 16MP ultra wide angle. The front facing camera is said to be 32 megapixels.

As usual with Doogee, it’s a durable phone with an IP68/IP69 and MIL-STD-810H rating.

There is currently no price tag for the Doogee V Max, but it should be close as Doogee is said to be in the process of an official presentation.
