Don’t want to live next to dukes? Harry and Megan’s neighbor sell their house

Within walking distance of the luxurious mansion of the Dukes of Sussex is the property once owned by actor Rob Lov. According to the financial magazine Forbes, the house has returned to the real estate market and is being charged 22.5 million US dollars.

Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property has stated that the house for sale has seven bathrooms and 13 bedrooms, and the total land area reaches 5.5 acres (2.2 hectares).

Timothy Di Prizito, a real estate agency specialist, described the house as “a delightful property that will inspire adventurers of all ages” and confirmed that the house embodies everything that is typical of Montesito and Southern California.

In 2005, Rob Lov sold the property to billionaire Peter Sperling for $ 25 million.

Like the house of Harry and Megan, this property is in the style of an English country manor. The rooms have high ceilings and many have fireplaces.

In addition to the spacious owner’s house, there are also two separate guest houses in the area. It is said that the Dukes of Sussex own one guest house.

The billionaire’s property for sale features a state-of-the-art gym, a separate wing for staff with laundry facilities, their own private facilities and lounges. The house has a study, a home theater, a workshop, as well as a garage for eight cars.

Prince Harry and Megan Mark’s mansion has nine bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, but the guest house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. For the time being, the Dukes of Sussex live in their villa with their less than two-year-old son, Arcia, but there will be an increase in the family already in the summer. In an interview with Opra Winfrey, the couple confirmed that they were expecting a daughter.
