1. Actively moving
Children who are sedentary are believed to be more at risk of heart disease. For this reason, it is important to get children to move, one of which is light exercise. Parents can start an active habit of moving with walk together, bike, swim, or play outdoors.
2. Be positive
Being positive means being happy and doing various fun activities. This can be started by doing family activities and taking a walk to the park for a picnic and a healthy dinner. Keeping children happy is one way to prevent heart disease in children.
3. Limit time watching or in front of the computer
The less mobile lifestyle is one of them caused by screentime excessive. For this reason, it is important to limit the time watching TV, computers, and playing cellphones to two hours every day.
