Sunak is married to Akshata Murthy, daughter of Narayana Murthy, the billionaire founder of Bill Gates India’s Infosys software. Akshata is said to have paid £ 30,000 to maintain her UK non-resident status in order to avoid paying foreign income taxes.

Because Akshata still has various businesses and stocks overseas, especially in India. After receiving criticism from the public, Akshata gave up her non-domicile status.
