On April 29, 2022 yesterday, I made a transaction e-commerce in the BSI Mobile application. After completing the transaction, I was surprised because I got an SMS from BSI, that there was a withdrawal of funds that I did not recognize amounting to Rp. 500,000.
I complained to BSI Call Centre 14040 and got the answer, that I pressed the donate button at the end of the transaction. I didn’t feel like pressing the button, because it was too close to the OK button to end the transaction.
After I complained to 14040, they promised to return my funds, with registration number: complaint 2022042900655. I also came and complained to the BSI Office where I opened an account, with complaint registration number: 2022051700377.
But until now I have not received a refund and I have not received a response or settlement to my complaint. Please also note, my eyes are plus 2.00, to read on my cellphone I use glasses.
For the National Amil Zakat Institution of BSM Ummah, please return my funds, because I have no intention of donating. IDR 500,000 means a lot to me as a traveling merchant. Sorry and asking for understanding.
