To get a healthy body we need to reduce consumption of white rice. As a substitute for white rice to get carbohydrates, Dr. Zaidul Akbar suggests consuming brown rice, black rice and potatoes.
Granulated sugar

If sugar is consumed continuously, it will make the intestines stretch. This will later cause a variety of other health problems.
Dr. Zaidul Akbar suggests consuming fruits as a substitute for sugar if we need something sweet.
Frying Oil
The next food to avoid is products that use cooking oil. Especially on foods that are fried using palm oil.
Palm oil gives rise to trans fats which are the cause of heart and digestive problems. This is what makes palm oil completely unsuitable for consumption.
Dr. Zaidul Akbar suggested using coconut oil, “Coconut oil is saturated fat, it’s still better. If palm oil is fried, it becomes trans fat,” he said.
Flour
Flour is one of the foods that we also have to avoid to get a healthy body. Especially wheat flour which contains gluten. Gluten can cause autoimmune disease. It’s better to use non-gluten flour.
Processed Food
All processed foods should also be avoided. Processed foods are usually packaged using synthetic additives which can cause various health problems to our bodies.
