Poisonous food, chemically and bacteriologically contaminated, was sold, among others in Biedronka, Lidl, Auchan and Żabka. The case came to light after examining the samples. The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate warns customers of these stores. Food must be removed and disposed of. GIS examined samples of sausages, cold cuts, meat and eggs. They must not be eaten! The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate issued urgent decisions on the removal and utilization of food that had been tested in laboratories. The research results are devastating. Food that you could buy in stores is bacteriologically and even chemically contaminated. In Biedronka, Lidl, Auchan, Stokrotka, Żabka and other stores, the action of removing these products from the shelves and cold stores is underway. Information on products that may be harmful to health is part of the activities of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, whose aim is, inter alia, minimizing the effects of events that adversely affect the lives of Poles.

GIS has issued urgent alerts on those products whose specific batches have been recalled. It is food, dietary supplements and other food products – incl. eggs, cheese and cold meats sold in stores such as Biedronka, Lidl, Auchan, Żabka and even Empik. One of them is particularly dangerous because it can cause eye damage and even miscarriage in pregnant women.
